hot spiced cocoa

2 rounded tablespoons unsweetened hot chocolate mix

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup half-and-half

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
